TPN Manual Adds
Hello all,

I am a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Resident at Maine Medical Center. Our pharmacy department would like to improve the process by which pharmacists can verify manual additions to TPNs.

I've attached a survey, which should take <1-2 min of your time. Optionally, you may also include your e-mail at the end of the survey, and I will compile and send you the results.
