Student Housing Information

We set aside rooms at the following hotels for students. Rooms will be held until November 13 at 6:00 pm MST, or until the room block is sold out, whichever occurs first.  Book today and take advantage of the discounted rates and special ASHP benefits during your stay, such as complimentary in-room internet access, cardio center admission, complimentary shuttle service to the Convention Center for 6 days, protection in the event the hotel oversells its rooms, and more!

Important Deadline

November 13 (6:00 pm MST, or until the room block is sold out, whichever occurs first) - Final cutoff date to make a hotel reservation for the meeting.  After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates. Cancellations after November 13 will also be subject to a $50.00 cancellation processing fee per reservation.
