The first annual Medication Safety Collaborative is for interprofessional teams of
health-system based clinicians and administrators who focus on quality and patient safety.
The purpose of the Collaborative is to be the premier educational event for hospital practitioners interested in improving quality and patient care. The Collaborative offers 4 days of interactive education and invaluable networking that will equip and inspire attendees to immediately implement what is learned into their practice. An assembled team of distinguished experts in their field will present thought provoking and actionable solutions to optimize safety and quality outcomes.
