Registration fees include meeting materials, the Wednesday evening Welcome Reception, Continental Breakfast on Thursday and Friday, and refreshment breaks.

We offer four easy ways to register for a meeting - Online, Phone, FAX or Mail. Pre-meeting registration closes August 9, 2013.

Pre-Conference Workshop Fees

You must be a conference registrant to attend a workshop.  Space is limited. Deadline to register is August 9. Breakfast, Lunch, and Break included in Full Day Workshops. Breakfast or Break included with Half Day Workshops.

Additional Information

  • Confirmations - Upon receipt of your registration and payment, ASHP will send you a meeting confirmation. Please check your confirmation to verify all of the activities for which you have registered.
  • Registration Cancellations and Refunds - To receive a full refund, confirmed registrations must be cancelled in writing on or before August 9, 2013 (postmark or fax date). Written cancellations postmarked or faxed August 10–August 16, 2013 will be subject to a $50 handling charge. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations postmarked or faxed before August 16, 2013.   • Payments - Payments to ASHP are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, they may be deductible under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.
