Important Deadlines

  • March 9 – Last day for cancellation of booth space without 100% penalty
  • April 13 -    Deadline to be included in the Exhibitor Yellow Pages.  This is the sole listing of exhibiting companies, be sure to submit your description through the interactive floorplan by this date. 
  • May 11 -  Deadline to order the pre-registrant list.
  • May 21  - 10 Free Client Badges.

If you have any disability for which you require an auxiliary aid or special service while attending the meeting, please contact  ASHP’s Conference and Convention Division, ccd@ashp.org or 301-664-8685, by May 11.

Meeting Attire

Attire for the Summer Meeting is business casual.

Hotel Accommodations

Hotel reservations, including requests for hospitality suites and sub blocks can be made beginning in mid January. To assure exhibit space at future ASHP meetings, exhibitors must comply with regulations that require reservations to be made through the ASHP Housing Bureau. Free Client Badges

Don’t forget to register your local business clients! In addition to your regular customers, ASHP will offer exhibiting companies an opportunity to host their local business clients at no charge! Local business clients are considered to be in the surrounding PA, MD, DC and VA area.  These badges will allow your client access to the exhibit hall for the designated day only. Each exhibiting company will be offered ten (10) client badges for their local clients.

To take advantage of this offer, please complete the Client Badge Form [XLS] and email to Michelle Rasnick Tyler at mtyler@ashp.org by May 21.

Note: All information must be complete in order to process your client badges. This offer is exclusive to local clients in the surrounding PA, MD, DC and VA area and may not be used for additional booth personnel. No onsite additions will be accepted.
