Registration fees include meeting materials, the Monday evening Welcome Reception, breakfast on Monday/Tuesday, and lunch on Monday/Tuesday.

Additional Information

  • Confirmations - Upon receipt of your registration and payment, ASHP will send you a meeting confirmation. Please check your confirmation to verify all of the activities for which you have registered.
  • Registration Cancellations and Refunds - To receive a full refund, confirmed registrations must be cancelled in writing on or before February 14, 2014 (postmark or fax date). Written cancellations postmarked or faxed February 15 – March 2, 2014 will be subject to a $50 handling charge. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations postmarked or faxed before March 3, 2014. Customer service fax number is 1-301-657-1251.
  • Payments - Payments to ASHP are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, they may be deductible under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.
