  • Update for Adult Continuous Version 1.01 chart

    Hello everyone.
I wanted to make you all aware that we have updated the Adult IV continuous version 1.01 chart. Please use the updated version on the website. The way you know which one is the latest is the header contains November 2016 instead of October. In addition there are two documents - one is the guiding principles and disclaimers, the other document is the chart. We separated so one document will always be the source of truth and can be easily used without having to have the whole (longer document).
