E(I) Lab: Student Teams, Creating Solutions

By Jiamin Xu posted 09-10-2016 19:39

Hello!

I am excited to announce the second year of the E(I) Lab program, set to kick-off this November. The mission is simple: We bring together multidisciplinary students to tackle real problems in healthcare. Lack of resources shouldn’t stand as a barrier to progress - which is why teams are provided with the up-front financial support, mentorship, and the engineering tools to conceive, develop and test innovative solutions.

Collaboration is the culture of UNC, and with that, we are asking for your support. As you move through your work day, whether it be in a clinic, hospital, or pharmacy, keep one question in mind: What can be done better? We believe that those most intimately involved with , ought to be the people identifying the needs.

If you know of any problems, nuisances, and pain points, we’d love to work towards a solution! The E(I) Lab program is robust and our team are eager to begin. Feel free to reach me by email or phone.

Best,
