Business & Social Function Application

NOTE: The Mandalay Bay Convention Center is the location for all ASHP official activities. Meeting space for affiliate events will be reviewed and accommodated on a first come, first served basis. We cannot guarantee placement will be available at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. If space is not available, ASHP will work to place you at our co-headquarter hotel, MGM Grand, or one of our other official meeting hotels.

Business Functions

Business Functions for business meetings, focus groups, and other related activities may be scheduled at official meeting hotels [PDF], Saturday through Thursday, during times that do not conflict with ASHP programs and exhibits. The fee for 50 people or less is $1,550 per function/day and $5,800 for business functions over 50 people. Full payment must be submitted online using a credit card. Organizations may be charged additional fees by the hotel, including but not limited to room rental, food/beverage, audio-visual equipment, and internet service. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and will be considered based on space availability. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days to process your request. Social Functions

Social Functions for receptions and other related activities may be scheduled at official meeting hotels [PDF] during times that do not conflict with ASHP programs or exhibits. ASHP does not charge a fee to conduct these functions, but organizations may be charged additional fees by the hotel, including but not limited to room rental, food/beverage, audio-visual equipment, and internet service. Requests will be processed and scheduled at hotels on a first-come, first-served basis and will be considered based on hotel availability. A hotel representative will contact you directly to confirm meeting space and coordinate arrangements. Application

All function requests must be approved and coordinated through ASHP before space can be secured. The final deadline to submit an application for a Business or Social Function is November 18, 2016.
