Deadlines
October 3 (6:00pm Mountain Standard Time or until the group block is sold out, whichever occurs first)-The cut-off date for VIP early bird hotel rates. After this date, new reservations or requests for additional nights to existing reservations will be made based on availability at the higher rates.
November 7 (6:00 pm Mountain Standard Time, or until the room block is sold out, whichever occurs first) -The final cut off date to make a hotel reservation for the meeting. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates.
**Rates include access to the internet, access to the hotel's cardio room (not the spa or spa services), daily newspaper, and toll-free calls...up to a $25 per day value and again included in the rate if rooms are booked through ASHP!
