How long have you been in Baltimore?  13 years

Favorite place in the city: "Downtown": Harbor East, Fells Point and Federal Hill

Best way to spend a Saturday in the city: A short walk around the harbor to Fells Point; shops and restaurants; or take the water taxi.

Favorite restaurant: Charleston, Cinghiale, Pazo, Capital Grill or almost any restaurant in Little Italy ... you can't go wrong if you like Italian. (Amiccis, Ciao Bella, Della Notte and Caesar's Den)

Favorite landmark or activity at the Inner Harbor: A short distance from the Inner Harbor: Fort McHenry (could access by water taxi) or the Train Museum (a short cab ride)

Top insider tip for visitors: Locals more likely to frequent Harbor East, Fells Point, Canton or Federal Hill ... all a short distance from the Inner Harbor.

Yes, you are on the ball. I'm glad you took the time out of your busy schedule to provide such R&R info for the teams that are participating. I have only been to B-More a couple of times with family and I definitely would like to try some new and different touristy city highlights. Thanks a bunch! Charm....

Great suggestions! I would also recommend the Baltimore Museum of Art. It is located a little north of downtown near the Johns Hopkins University campus (not the medical campus). Admission to the museum is free, and there is a wonderful restaurant in the museum - Gertrude's. In my opinion, Gertrude's has some of the best crab cakes in the city!

Don't forget that one of the best places in the country to see a baseball game is right there at Camden Yards! The Orioles have home games against Philadelphia 6/8 (7:05pm), 6/9 (4:05pm), and 6/10 (1:05pm); and against Pittsburgh 6/12, 13, & 14, all at 7:05pm. http://baltimore.orioles.mlb.com
