Social functions for receptions and other related activities may be scheduled at official meeting hotels [PDF] during times that do not conflict with ASHP programs or exhibits. ASHP does not charge a fee to conduct these functions, but organizations may be charged additional fees by the hotel, including but not limited to room rental, food/beverage, audiovisual equipment, and internet service. Requests will be processed and scheduled at hotels on a first-come, first-served basis and will be considered based on hotel availability. A hotel representative will contact you directly to confirm meeting space and coordinate arrangements. Application

Business Functions

Business functions for business meetings, focus groups, advisory boards, and other related activities may be scheduled at official meeting hotels, Saturday through Wednesday, during times that do not conflict with ASHP programs and exhibits.

The ASHP fee is $695 per function, per day. Full payment must be submitted online using a credit card. Organizations may be charged additional fees by the hotel, including but not limited to room rental, food/beverage, audiovisual equipment, and internet service. Requests will be processed and scheduled at hotels on a first-come, first-served basis and will be considered based on hotel availability. A hotel representative will contact you directly to confirm meeting space and coordinate arrangements. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days to process your request.
