Looking for some guidance.
Several of our pharmacy sites have encountered challenges obtaining Phenol 6% for pain procedures. While we have previously sourced this product from 503B sites, many are now halting or discontinuing its compounding. Has anyone else experienced similar challenges? If so, which compounding pharmacies or vendors are you currently utilizing? Additionally, have you had to transition to an alternative product?
