”The beginning is the most important part of the work.” – Plato
The 2013-2014 Communications and Technology Advisory Group (CTAG) recently completed our first two meetings to kick off what will be an exciting year! Our goals this year, set down from the New Practitioners Forum Executive Committee, include developing strategies to increase ASHP Connect usage / visibility, exploring ways to recognize New Practitioners, and getting more engagement in ASHP Connect activities.
What is CTAG? CTAG is the New Practitioner’s Forum’s advisory group which is charged with enhancing the Forum’s image and outreach using various electronic communications tools.
As a group we brainstormed various ideas to fulfill these goals and promote the benefits of ASHP Connect to other new practitioners. It is fantastic to work with so many talented individuals from across the country on our advisory group. Our practice experiences range from residents and hospital practitioners to college faculty.
Overall, we are looking forward to getting a jump start on various projects to aid other new practitioner members. If you have ideas on how please leave a comment!
