Brrr.... It can be hard to stay motivated when the polar vortex is happening and that cup of hot chocolate is calling your name. But New Practitioner Forum's Practice Advancement Initiative Advisory Group (NPF-PAIAG) is excited to start some new projects for the 2014 year!
You may remember PAIAG's December blog describing PAIAG's targeted poster outreach project at the 2013 ASHP Midyear poster session. There, PAIAG member’s sought out highly qualified projects related to PPMI. Out of 50 posters targeted, PAIAG identified eleven that where directly related to PPMI objectives including outcome data and new practitioners. These eleven examples of "PPMI in action" will be targeted by PAIAG and ASHP for possible future case studies to add the ASHP-PPMI website. Didn't know that ASHP was already showcasing these? Other items that PAIAG is working on includes a series of PPMI related pearls that will be published in the ASHP monthly newslink; updates to the PPMI website including ways to make it more user friendly; and development of more case studies and spotlights.
