Podcasts are a great way to switch gears during a commute or to destress while cooking or cleaning at home. These podcasts have been highly recommended by friends or sources online. Listening to people speak on mental health is a great start, but if you want to start your own conversation, head to Psychology Today to find someone to talk to in your area or online.
