Please do this. We have a perfect storm consisting of: baby boomer primary care providers retiring, baby boomers living longer and being on more complicated medicine regiments, an access crisis as less physicians and midlevels choose primary care, most chronic diseases being managed w/ medicines primarily and US, clinical pharmacists/advanced practice pharmacists as the pharmacotherapy experts can step into the eye of this storm and increase patient access to healthcare, increase patient safety and be the provider w expertise in patient's medication management. Time is short and words without action are dead.
