Are you (or someone you know) interested in developing and honing your pharmacy leadership skills? Do you precept residents or teach pharmacy students? Several immediate options are available for all pharmacists.

  • Participate in two totally on-line courses that are pharmacy specific and taught by experienced pharmacy leaders.  Would you like to be more influential and effective in your one-on-one communication, unleash the untapped talent in those you work with or work in a group where everyone owns the outcomes then these courses are for you. The deadline for this year’s courses is Feb 22.

  • Watch recorded Conversations with 12 of Health-System Pharmacy’s Most Influential Leaders.

  • Check out the ASHP Publication, The Pharmacy Leadership Field Guide. Cases and Advice for Everyday Situations available in print and as a E-Book. Note the 2D barcode at the end of each chapter that takes you to the appropriate Success Skills that have been published in AJHP.  See the following webpage additional resources for PDFs of all the Success Skills.

  • A new feature of the ASHP website is the Leadership Resource tag in the middle of the page.  This takes you to all the various resources so you don’t have to remember which are on the Foundation versus the ASHP’s site.
