Are you interested in relating better to other generations given that currently there are four generations in the work place. I stumbled across a great book Y-Sizing Your Business by Jason Ryan Dorsey. Jason is a GenYer/Millennial himself, consults with corporations and has interviewed a number of his generations. He is a great writer (humorous) and has lots of practical ways/examples of how to engage people. Just keep an open mind as you read and you will be amazed how simple things can make a significant difference. There does not seem to be an Executive Book Summary and even though I read it on my Kindle, I have ordered the book as I found myself bookmarking way too many pages for reference later.
