I was raised in Louisville, Kentucky. I graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy and College of Public Health in 2012 as part of the dual PharmD/MPH program. My master’s degree in public health included a focus in epidemiology. I then moved to Indianapolis, Indiana to complete a PGY1 pharmacy residency at Indiana University Health followed by a PGY2 pharmacy residency in ambulatory care at the Roudebush VA Medical Center. I am currently a clinical pharmacy specialist in ambulatory care at the Roudebush VA Medical Center.
My practice interests include chronic disease prevention and management, medication safety, public health initiatives (especially smoking cessation), and public health policy. I am a member of ASHP, my former state affiliate (KSHP), APhA, ACCP, my state affiliate (ICCP), and the Indiana Pharmacists Alliance (IPA).
